As the Finance leader for 10 Dairy plants, you are a trusted partner to the VP of Manufacturing and his/her leadership team.
Provide support and financial guidance for the VP of Manufacturing on all key decisions and initiatives related to $500+ million of manufacturing costs.
Nurture a positive, inclusive culture with high team engagement through focused management, coaching, direction, and accountability of an experienced team of 4 direct finance professionals and their direct reports (total org approximately 25 employees).
