Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
  • Proven experience 8+ in operations and lean/continuous improvement projects
  • Experienced in project management
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Proven coaching / training competencies
