Own Maintenance & Reliability set-up and performance for the site assets, including approximately 40 CNC machines, welding robots, and supporting equipment.
Build and run the maintenance system, encompassing asset criticality, PM standards, weekly planning/scheduling, condition overview, and spare parts governance to shift from reactive to planned work.
Deploy Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) with Production, integrating elements like Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Focused Improvement, Training/Skills, and Early Equipment Management, and embed audits and standard work.
