  • As an SE, you'll be a trusted advisor to both customers and our sales organization - leading technical strategy in 6-7 figure deals, owning solution design, and setting the standard for SE excellence through your work.
  • Beyond closing deals, we use customer engagements as opportunities to prototype and ship improvements to Klaviyo.

  • 4+ years leading technical strategy in high-complexity Enterprise deals

  • Strong domain knowledge in marketing automation, CDPs, or e-commerce
  • Demonstrated ability to handle challenging conversations
