This role develops enterprise-wide Learning & Development programs, including leadership development and compliance training, while also contributing their time to support core Talent Management initiatives.
Design, deliver, and scale high impact learning programs across leadership, professional, and compliance development, implementing innovative, blended learning methods.
Create tools, timelines, and leader enablement resources for talent initiatives/processes; ensure compliance and maintain strong metrics.

Key Requirements
