  • Design, deliver, and scale high impact learning programs across leadership, professional, and compliance development, implementing innovative, blended learning methods.
  • Create tools, timelines, and leader enablement resources for talent initiatives/processes; ensure compliance and maintain strong metrics.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree. Masters preferred.

  • Experience working with global teams
  • Strong skills in instructional design
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experienced with Office products
