Contribute to creating a memorable Onboarding Experience by ensuring the smooth integration of candidates and participating in the deployment of the digital onboarding platform.
Participate in the deployment and promotion of Talent Programs and Processes for the Horlogerie Joaillerie Division, contributing to performance and talent reviews.
Engage in Social Commitment projects, including animating associative partnerships and organizing internships, while promoting initiatives within the Division.
