The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse or misappropriation of property to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, feeding, and transporting them within the facility.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Monitor vital signs and record data accurately
Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information
Nice-to-have
Ability to create warm and positive atmosphere
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Strong communication skills for inter-departmental cooperation
Willingness to participate in regular shift meetings
