Prepare and lead functional workshops (needs gathering, process mapping, design thinking) and collaborate with data, finance, and SAP S/4HANA teams for seamless integration.
Act as a trusted advisor to business decision-makers, ensuring business outcome orientation and overseeing project delivery, incident resolution, and workstream coordination.
