The primary purpose of this role is to assist in administering medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of nursing staff.
Essential duties include accurately preparing, administering, and documenting medications, as well as noting and reporting errors and resident complaints.
The position requires participation in quality assurance programs, continuing education, and maintaining resident confidentiality.
