Base: $97,240 - $145,600 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for cash and/or equity incentive awards; Benefits: Health, retirement, PTO, and banking discounts included

Must-have
4+ years supervisory and leadership experience
Proven business development and strategy skills
Small Business and Consumer lending experience
Deep knowledge of bank operations and security
Strong financial analysis and presentation skills

Notary License preferred
Community involvement and brand ambassadorship
Ability to manage multiple store locations
Experience with digital transformation initiatives
Mentoring capabilities for developing managers
Key Requirements
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
NMLS registration required for mortgage loan originator duties
Satisfactory criminal background and credit check results
4+ years of proven leadership and coaching experience
