** Canyonspringspostacute is seeking a licensed Medication Aide to administer medications to residents while ensuring compliance with facility procedures and maintaining a supportive environment. The role involves collaboration with healthcare professionals, accurate medication documentation, and participation in quality assurance programs. **

Job Summary

  • Accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document oral and/or topical medications as ordered by the attending physician or Medical Director.
  • Participate in Quality Assurance programs, the Pharmaceutical Services Committee, and any other facility committee or program that affects the medication pass and seeks to improve the performance and accuracy of the medication process.
