Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Advanced or Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 1-2+ years manufacturing environment experience
  • Ability to read technical data and blueprints
  • Experience with machining and assembly processes
  • Knowledge of GD&T symbols and CNC programming

Nice-to-have

  • Aerospace or aviation industry experience
  • FAA Repair Station MRO environment background
  • Proficiency in Siemens NX CAD/CAM programs
  • Experience with Solumina MES and SAP ERP
  • Six Sigma and Lean continuous improvement tools

Key Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering degree
  • 1+ years experience with advanced degree OR 2+ years with bachelor's
