Job Summary
Responsible for the oversight of multiple facility rehabilitation programs, both in-house and contract therapy providers, and mentoring of Directors of Rehabilitation.
Ensures adherence to PACS Therapy Best Practices and Policies and Procedures as well as Medicare guidelines and State Practice Acts.
Assists facilities in achieving survey excellence by taking part in facility mock surveys, annual state licensing surveys, complaint visits, and assisting with plans of correction.

Key Requirements
