  • As a Business Development Director focused on regional healthcare at Bluewave, you will cultivate new customers for our technology solution advisory within the regional healthcare space.
  • Your goal is to generate long-term mutual value between each customer and Bluewave, carrying an annual quota and being responsible for meeting or exceeding that quota on a monthly basis.
  • Base salary: $100,000–$135,000+, with on-target commission potential: $75,000–$125,000+, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

  • Strong understanding of UCaaS, CCaaS, PaaS, data center, and telecommunications solutions
  • Familiarity with IT advisory and channel space
  • Discipline in CRM tools (Salesforce)
  • Windows PC and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Located in Nashville, TN; Boston, MA; or Northern NJ
