Job Summary
As a Business Development Director focused on regional healthcare at Bluewave, you will cultivate new customers for our technology solution advisory within the regional healthcare space.
Your goal is to generate long-term mutual value between each customer and Bluewave, carrying an annual quota and being responsible for meeting or exceeding that quota on a monthly basis.
Base salary: $100,000–$135,000+, with on-target commission potential: $75,000–$125,000+, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Requirements
5 years of proven success in consultative selling

Familiarity with IT advisory and channel space
Discipline in CRM tools (Salesforce)
Windows PC and Microsoft Office proficiency
