Base: $128,000 CAD - $192,000 CAD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

Key Requirements
5+ years in machine learning engineering or data science
2+ years professional experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
2+ years building ML model hosting services at scale
2+ years working with LLMs, text generation, or graph neural networks
2+ years experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, physics, or math
