Job Summary

  • Manage direct onshore reports and work closely with offshore indirect reports to ensure a high quality and supremely co-ordinated service is delivered to client relationships.
  • Oversight of client deliverables within the team’s client portfolios to ensure adherence to corporate service agreement.
  • Establish and maintain sound motivational people management practices. Ensure employee development is aligned to business objectives and oversee and measure effective work processes and practices within the team.
