Job Summary

  • As a Manager Service you will be responsible to lead the service team to understand our customers’ needs, and provide hardware support and subsequent implementation with alignment with BUs to ensure we deliver service and value to meet even exceed customers’ expectation.
  • As a key driver of business success, you will drive and lead strategic planning, implement growth and scalability initiatives aligned with corporate strategy in order to achieve the vision and targets.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the customer experience through team, process and support tool development.

Key Requirements
