  • Develop, implement, and maintain the comprehensive Change and Configuration Management Plan, including procedures, processes, baselines, and tools.
  • Develop and execute Organizational Change Management (OCM) plans, including communication strategies, stakeholder analysis, training coordination, and adoption activities.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in a technical field
  • Seven or more years of professional experience
  • At least five years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience
  • Experience with complex configuration and change management initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies
  • Experience supporting a government IT organization
  • Experience managing change initiatives related to cloud-based system implementations
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Experience developing content and managing documentation within SharePoint
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to pass criminal history, fingerprint background checks, and credential verification
  • Ability to maintain and retain suitability investigation and clearance
  • Proficient in navigating electronic systems, computer programs, and virtual service platforms
