As a General Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the Herman Miller Client Experience through team coaching of demonstrations, quoting, and generation of sales.
You will be expected to train and inspire your team to achieve the store sales plan and work strategically to maximize your store revenue and efficiently manage all aspects of sales and merchandising.

Salary
Base: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Commission on shipped items, Quarterly based bonus plan, Annual discretionary incentive and equity awards; Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, Self-Managed vacation, holidays, and parental leave, 401(k) with 4% company match, Commuter benefits up to $150/month, Employee discounts, Health Savings Account, Dependent Day Care Savings Account, Life Insurance, Disability and Other Insurance Plans, Paid Time Off, Holidays, Short/Long Term Disability

Key Requirements
3 to 5 years of retail management experience
Excellent verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal communication skills

Experience with a POS system and MS Office software
