Job Summary

  • Responsible for supporting customers through on-site activities such as installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations, which may impact product performance.
  • Apart from technical, He needs to take care on the Application trouble shooting and method development etc., for the LC/LC-QQQ /TOF products and he should be able to deliver Application Demonstrations / trainings effectively at customer sites.
