Job Summary
Responsible for supporting customers through on-site activities such as installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions.
Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations, which may impact product performance.
Apart from technical, He needs to take care on the Application trouble shooting and method development etc., for the LC/LC-QQQ /TOF products and he should be able to deliver Application Demonstrations / trainings effectively at customer sites.
