Job Summary

  • Develop, promote, and technically advise on the handling, preparation, and application of proteins for Mayca clients, contributing to category growth through training, culinary demonstrations, and specialized support.
  • Provide technical and culinary advice on the use, handling, and performance of proteins to HORECA channel clients, designing and executing gastronomic demonstrations, training sessions, and product presentations.
