Job Summary
The Implementation team is responsible for delivering Implementation of the Solera product set across the country or region, defined by a unique Statement of Work (SoW) for each customer.
This role reports directly into Head of Implementation and will act as a customer-facing SME, bridging business and technical discussions.
Responsibilities include pre & post-sales support, requirements gathering, testing & QA support, product & integration knowledge, cross-team collaboration, customer training, roadmap alignment, advanced support, and potential project management.
