Base: $113,160.00 - $169,740.00; Bonus/Equity: Variable pay eligible; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, paid time off, tuition program

Must-have
7 years progressive work experience in Finance or Operations
Experience with broker compensation required
SAP Callidus/ICM system experience strongly preferred
Oracle business suite experience strongly preferred
Technical proficiency in Excel and database applications
Nice-to-have
Healthcare industry experience preferred
Complex cloud-based payments solutions experience
Strong operational problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in high-volume environment
Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, operations or related field
