Job Summary

  • The Tower Crane Operator is responsible for operating the Tower Crane in a safe manner in accordance with the Workplace Safety and Health (Operation of Cranes) Regulations 2011.
  • A key responsibility includes performing pre-work inspections on the crane as required by the manufacturer's handbook to ensure it is safe for operation.
  • The role requires the ability to work from height to ascertain ground conditions and report safety issues to the lifting supervisor.
