Job Summary
The Specialist – Training plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the competency, compliance, and ongoing professional development of Ground Operations personnel.
Deliver training with the highest degree of accuracy, compliance, and professionalism, consistently applying approved instructional techniques and ensuring that course content is factually correct, operationally relevant, and aligned with TRSASC procedures, airline policies, and regulatory requirements.
Enhance the overall competency, performance, and readiness of Ground Operations personnel working across all TRSASC service areas, including airside, landside, resort-based remote check-in, baggage acceptance, passenger handling, ramp safety, water aerodrome support, and seaplane operations.
