The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.
Employees must assist residents with daily personal care needs including bathing, grooming, dressing, dental care, and toileting while ensuring their comfort and dignity.
The role requires reporting all changes in resident condition, incidents, or accidents to the Nurse Supervisor promptly and maintaining strict confidentiality of health information.
