KBR is seeking a Refinery Turnover Management System Superintendent to oversee the turnover management process during the construction and commissioning phases at the Sonangol Lobito Refinery in Angola. The role involves auditing and ensuring compliance with the EPC contractor's turnover management systems and facilitating the handover process to the client
Job Summary
The Refinery Turnover Management System Superintendent is responsible for managing, coordinating, and executing the turnover and handover process of refinery construction systems from Construction to Commissioning, and ultimately to Operations.
This role ensures that all documentation, quality records, system walkdowns, punch completion activities, and turnover packages meet project standards, client requirements, and regulatory expectations.
The position requires mobilization to Angola to perform duties at the construction site and work closely with construction, quality, engineering, and commissioning teams to support timely system readiness and project completion.
