Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care while supervising the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants in accordance with federal and state regulations.
Candidates will be responsible for administering medications, managing care plans, and ensuring all personnel comply with facility policies and procedures.
This role requires active participation in quality assurance programs, facility surveys, and the development of staff training and orientation programs.
