Assists Program Administrator with day-to-day oversight of residence through supervision of assigned direct support staff.
Ensures the appropriate, therapeutically documented level of supervision in all settings to ensure and protect the health, safety and habilitation of the people we support.
Provides effective leadership on shift and develops a team that provides quality care and positive outcomes by establishing a work environment that is free from harassment and discrimination.

Key Requirements
1 year direct care experience with I/DD
6 months supervisory experience
California DSPT Year 1 & 2 completion
RBT certification (or obtain within 60 days)
Group Home/ARF Administrator Certificate (or obtain within 15 months)
Valid Driver's License
Familiarity with CA Lanterman Act, Title 17 & 22
Facility Manager Training completion within 30 days
