Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3 - 5 years of HR business partner experience
  • Leverage HR data for insights
  • Build strong relationships with leaders and employees
  • Articulate topics and influence decisions
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong data management, analysis and visualisation proficiency in Microsoft Excel
