Salary
Base: $170,000 - $252,500 Annual; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual performance-based awards; Benefits: Comprehensive program including 401K match, insurance, PTO, and EAP
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years accounting or financial service operations experience
Solid business unit management on complex clients
Knowledge of Private Credit Fund structures and hierarchies
Experience with Investran technology and waterfall calculations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for executive interaction
Nice-to-have
MBA or CPA certification preferred
Familiarity with upstream/downstream automation technologies
Experience with other alternative investment structures
Ability to identify high-risk processes and controls
Track record in new business generation and product development
Key Requirements
College degree required (Accounting strongly preferred)
10 or more years of previous accounting/financial service operations experience
