Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Four years of related experience
Class C Driver's License required
Livestock evaluation and training proficiency
Event planning and execution capabilities
Logistics coordination for cadets and horses
Nice-to-have
Military or Corps of Cadet experience preferred
Certified Riding Instructor certification
Leadership training experience
Ability to obtain CDL license
Experience with ceremonial cannon operations
