The staff nurse plays a critical role in staff engagement, the patient experience, quality and safety, and cost effective care.
The Staff Nurse is responsible for managing and providing care to the patient and his/her family, and for directing and supervising nursing care provided by other members of the patient care team.
The Harding Float Pool staff supports 84 inpatient beds across 4 psychiatric units with varying adult populations with diagnoses ranging from schizoaffective/ schizophrenia to mood disorders to anxiety.
