Job Summary

  • Responsible for courteously and accurately providing guests and team members financial and non-cash services in Cage, Sportsbook and Reward’s Club operations while ensuring protection of company assets and providing a positive Cage experience for all guests.
  • Handles Reward’s Club services including, but not limited to, enrolling new guests into the system, updating guest’s accounts, assisting with PIN changes, assisting guests with questions regarding promotions and their Reward’s Club account, and documenting guest concerns brought to their attention.

Key Requirements

  • Two (2) years of cash handling experience
  • Two (2) years of guest service experience
  • Maine State Dual Gaming/Sportsbook License
  • Federal Occupational Tax and Registration Return for Wager (Form 11-C)
