Base: $95,000-127,000; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program available; Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) match
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years of engineering experience
Knowledge of plastic injection molding processes
Strong written and oral communication skills
Nice-to-have
Experience with Sodick press configuration
Knowledge of silicone molding processes
Ability to lead team activities and coach
Key Requirements
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in computer word-processing and spreadsheet skills
