As a Service Shop Operator, you will be responsible for inspecting and repairing gearboxes, performing machining activities, and ensuring quality control in a hands-on environment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Gear teeth grinding and surface grinding
Inspection and repair of gearboxes
Operation of manual and CNC LATEH machines
Performing visual and geometrical inspections
Quality control of in-process parts
Performing machining activities for gears
Participation in lean manufacturing and 6S activities
Nice-to-have
Experience with balancing
Knowledge of CMM and portable measurement arm
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in shift patterns and overtime
Mechanical aptitude and enthusiasm to learn
Team player mindset
Participation in improvement projects
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
5+ years experience in gearbox repair activities
Experience with gears teeth grinding and surface grinding
Experience with manual and CNC LATEH machines
Ability to work morning shifts and flexible shift patterns
