Whitney Oaks Care Center is seeking an On-call Home Care Aide (HCA) to provide daily care and assistance to residents in accordance with their care plans. Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
  • You will be responsible for reporting all changes in residents' conditions, accidents, and incidents to the Health and Wellness Director and Executive Director promptly.
  • Essential duties include assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility, while maintaining a warm and positive environment.
