Manage and provide the highest-quality valuation and advisory solutions to our clients by leveraging the Company’s full platform of services.
Each day, you will promote and advocate Colliers’ brand in the local market, articulating its value through superior customer service to its clients.

Salary
Annual salary range: 100% commission-based compensation; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance; Benefits: Employer subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, vision, employer paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short-term / long-term disability, 401k plan with employer match, 10 days sick leave, 12 weeks paid parental leave for birth parents, 4 weeks for non-birth parents

Key Requirements
MAI Designation required
10+ Years of related work experience
Bachelor’s degree plus advanced appraisal class curriculum (preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Team player mentality with excellent communication skills
Ability to deliver excellent client service

Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
