Partner with operations leadership to develop and implement effective safety, health, and security solutions that protect people, strengthen compliance, and support operational performance.
Provide training programs to engage and educate leaders on safety management systems, promoting a culture of safety excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Environmental, Safety & Health, or related field
5+ years' experience in Safety and Security Management
Demonstrated experience leading a world-class safety program
Valid driver's license
Industrial and grain handling safety & health knowledge
Thorough knowledge of OSHA requirements
CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
