Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years facilities management experience
5+ years managing technical teams
Deep knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems
P&L responsibility and budget management
Experience with CMMS platforms
Nice-to-have
Strong stakeholder management at executive level
Proven track record in client relationship building
Ability to lead pursuit activities for new business
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years progressive leadership experience
At least 5 years managing teams across multiple locations
Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., BIFM, IWFM, RICS)
Experience with commercial office or industrial facilities
