Job Summary
Play a critical role in enhancing customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value through data-driven marketing strategies across email, SMS, direct mail, and CRM-driven campaigns.
Responsible for the overall project management of all loyalty program and direct marketing initiatives, leading internal and external teams.
Develop the annual marketing plan and have direct visibility to top leadership, interacting with Marketing and E-Commerce Vice Presidents and Senior Vice President.
