Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this role is to lead the site team responsible for Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) initiatives to meet and exceed site and company goals.
  • You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert on EHSS matters, providing coaching and guidance to both your team and site associates while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • This position requires leading a culture of EHSS excellence through associate engagement, continuous improvement processes, and strategic alignment with the site Hoshin Plan.
