Must-have

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ
  • Experience with ServiceNow incident management
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Classic and Lightning UIs
  • Ability to provide 24/5 production support
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems

Key Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience on Salesforce CPQ & Sales cloud

  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or STEM degree
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL process
  • Solid English reading/writing capability
