Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline required
Basic knowledge of the rolling process preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willingness and ability to work hands-on in the shop with operators on flexible schedules
