Job Summary

  • Serve as a member of a middle office team responsible for supporting the reconciliation, documentation and execution of Investment Banking transactions.
  • Perform detailed review of complex commercial documentation packages to monitor adherence to all laws, regulations, policies and procedures while creating and maintaining accurate system coding for accounting, billing and reporting.
  • Works with customers, lending regions, internal departments, and other banks/investors to resolve syndication and participation differences, manually recalculating loan histories and splits to investors if needed.
