  • This position creates and maintains the clinical content for pharmacy information systems, specializing in the medication use process from ordering to administration.
  • The Informaticist- Pharmacist role functions as a liaison with business and clinical users and the software development/application teams, and is responsible for participating in the implementation, training, adoption, and process improvement of Health Information Technology (HIT).

Key Requirements

  • PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
  • License to practice pharmacy

  • Previous experience with medication policy, safety, and formulary management
  • Experience with Cerner, Epic, or other EHR vendors
