Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical field required
Minimum 10-15 years of progressive engineering leadership experience
At least 5 years managing large-scale government or federal facility portfolios
Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred
