Job Summary
Podium is building what we believe will be the most impactful AI employee ecosystem for local business.
Your primary mandate is twofold: rebuild and modernise our lead funnel using AI-first architecture, and design and deploy a suite of internal AI agents that eliminate repetitive, manual work for our AEs and SDRs.
You'll be hands-on with tools, APIs, and automation frameworks, but equally comfortable presenting to stakeholders and translating technical work into business impact.

Google DeepMind
workflow automation platforms
CRM integrations
translate sales problems to technical solutions

Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
vector databases, RAG pipelines
prompt engineering at production level
sales, RevOps, or pre-sales background
building internal tooling for GTM
high-growth B2B SaaS or startup
Key Requirements
Experience building with modern AI platforms
Experience with workflow automation platforms
Ability to translate ambiguous sales problems
Comfort working in a fast-moving, low-process environment
