Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Biology, or Chemistry
• 7+ years of experience in safety, health, environment, or engineering
• 3+ years of multi-site responsibility
• Experience engaging employees to implement environmental strategies
• Experience leading projects and presenting to all levels
• In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations in the food industry
• Willingness to travel 50%-60%
