Job Summary
The Zone Landscape/Grounds Specialist is primarily responsible for performing general labor and landscape work, including planting, fertilizing, spraying, watering, pruning, seeding, propagating, and cultivating various plants.
This position will also oversee temporary, seasonal and/or institutional helpers and is responsible for seasonal work such as snow removal, general maintenance to equipment and buildings, as well as assisting trades and building services.
All Facilities Management positions are subject to callbacks twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week.

Key Requirements

Two (2) years’ experience in Landscaping/Grounds maintenance
Experience in Operating Landscaping/Grounds equipment
Basic computer skills
Obtain CDL (Class B) License within 6 months
Successful completion of Criminal History Background Check
